After dinner fun!

If the weather is good, we tend to play outside after dinner. Tonight it was time for Tennis, bikes and measuring tapes! Yep...Scott LOVES measuring. Some how we ended up doing that at the end of our nighttime fun. One funny thing is that Tennis is his favorite sport right now. I can not wait for him to take lessons next summer and see how he really likes it!
One of our favorite little girls came by to visit while we were outside playing! Atlee is like a sister to these guys. She is so cute we could eat her up! She ended up being lured into being measured! I think she was 28 inches! She is a 1 1/2 years old! Her brother, Max, was with his Daddy..so we didn't get to measure him!

Here is sweet Anna in her mixed up lizajane baby clothes! She was climbing and jumping off of the rocks in our alley yard. That was right before she was sprinting after Scott while he was riding her trike. She actually BEAT him! He got mad!

Anna vs the Globe

Anna loves that Scott goes to school now. When he is gone, she sneaks into his room and this is how I found her today. She was playing with his globe. Who knew she was interested in the world! I think it was the music that played every time she touched a country.

It was a Slip-N-Slide day!

These kids had the best day! We started out telling them that they were going to go to the gym..Scott was NOT happy about that at all. After we talked to him about it, the doorbell rang. It was our wonderful neighbors asking us to come by and paint with them in their driveway! Sooo, we skipped the gym, headed over and had the best time. We ended up painting and then moved on to the slip-n-slide! THEN we came back, ate lunch. took naps and went to a party in the neighborhood with a HUGE slip-n-slide! It was an all around fantastic day! Needless to say, the kids were tired at the end of the day! Our kids were wet longer then they were dry today! They CRASHED tonight!

Pictures are figured out now!

YAY! I have finally figured out that you put the pictures on first and then you write. WOW, It took me about 5 years to learn that. Pretty sad!

That picture of Anna below in the blog post earlier CRACKS me up! She was just so tired...sweet thing. Ok, I will stop blogging tonight! I am jsut so excited that I figured some things out and am going to start doing this again. I don't do baby books, so this will be it!

The Avon Walk trail is about the start again!

Darn, she is so small! I love her though! Be on the lookout for my Avon walk letter and updates! Walk on....

Firsts for everyone!

Here is Anna on her first day of school. She was so excited she couldn't even stand herself. We had fun walking up to school together!
Here he is! Ready to start school! He too was so excited. I love that he loves school. Let the games begin!

I need to try and get better at this!

I think that I am going to be more light hearted on here and keep tabs on what my children are up to! I would love for Scott and Anna to have documentation about what their life was like as kids! Sooo, here I go again!

Scott started Kindergarten a few weeks ago and it is a HUGE hit! He gets up every morning and say "YAY! I GET TO GO TO KINDERGARTEN TODAY!" Who knows how long it will last but I think it is awesome!

Anna is just loving preschool. She practically runs to school and it is really cute. I love our neighborhood because we all walk to school for both kids. It feels like we are on Leave It To Beaver!

Today, Anna did not nap and it was a terrible ending to a pretty good day. This is pretty much what it looked like. Too bad Dave was gone tonight and I was on my own dealing with this. I am sorry that the picture is at the top of this post. I am still trying to figure the picture situation out. I want them to be under where I am writing about them but they never go there. I am going to do another post and try! Enjoy the Anna pictures up ahead. She was in a steller mood today. I hope she naps tomorrow!
